Kevin Cottrell Jr. obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University in 2004. The Mass Media Arts alum went on to serve as a 2004 Ford Roadie, representing Ford Motor Company at HBCU Football Classic Games. From there, he became a Zone writer for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, while launching “Red Zone Magazine”, a publication dedicated to covering the best in football from preps to pros.
In 2008, Kevin joined NBA Digital in the role of researcher, supporting a wide range of on-air talent from Ahmad Rashad to Hall-of-Famer Isiah Thomas.
