CAN’T MAKE IT TO LAS VEGAS FOR THE 2018 SPORTS BUSINESS CLASSROOM? WE HAVE YOU COVERED.

Students who cannot make it to Las Vegas but wish to be a part of Sports Business Classroom 2018 will have the option to stream selected sessions from the Business of Basketball program live from their favorite devices. Those who purchase the livestream package also will be able to watch those sessions on-demand after the program has ended.

The 2018 Sports Business Classroom Business of Basketball Online curriculum includes the following:

The streaming package includes the opening and closing sessions, all GE sections, all roundtables, all lunchtime speakers, and the Salary Cap Deep Dive.

Streaming is an excellent, lower-cost alternative for students who cannot attend in person for logistical or personal reasons. And since enrollment in the Live Stream Experience is unlimited, you don’t have to worry about the program selling out.

HOW ARE CLASSES STRUCTURED AT
SPORTS BUSINESS CLASSROOM?

Content is delivered in various formats in order to maximize learning opportunities, effectively deliver a wide variety of content, and provide students with direct access to some of the best minds in the business. Students who stream the program online will have access to the following content:

  • Lectures: One-hour, instructor-led GE sessions. Each topic has multiple lecture sections – e.g: 101, 201.
  • Roundtables: One-hour moderator-led panel discussions with industry experts.
  • League Salary Cap Deep Dive: Larry Coon’s extensive lecture series on the NBA’s Collective Bargaining Agreement. This is the same content he teaches directly to NBA teams. Exercises are included.
  • Guest Speakers: Grab lunch and sit back while an NBA coach or executive talks about his or her personal experience and what it takes to succeed in this business.
