EMMYS, TELLYS, AND LARRY O’BRIENS WITH CONTENT CREATOR DEVIN DISMANG (EP. 003)

Today’s guest is Emmy Award Winning Content Creator Devin Dismang. Devin was formerly with the Golden State Warriors during their historic string of success from 2016-2019 as the Lead Coordinating Producer. His rise to that position looked very different from most in that role, as he cut his teeth in the sports industry working on the game operations side. As with most successful people though, as he saw entertainment shifting from on court to on screen, he adapted and began learning new skills. In just a short time, Devin’s had a wildly successful career, winning 2 Emmy Awards, a Telly Award, and 2 NBA Championship rings. Since shifting into the world of freelance Devin has racked up a number of big name clients and brands to add to his resume including JaVale McGee, Kyle Kuzma, Nike, Oracle, Budweiser, and Levi’s to name a few. Devin and I were able to dig deep into what all goes into a video production staff for a championship caliber professional sports franchise. We also discussed many other aspects around his career including what tools he learns to grow, some of his inspirations, and much more!
