Las Vegas, NV – Sports Business Classroom, the global leader in basketball education, has partnered with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and Taco Bell in Southern Nevada to offer select UNLV students enrolled in the Intercollegiate and Professional Sport Management master’s degree program the opportunity to earn a Certificate in the Business of Basketball. This partnership aims to develop the basketball business stars of tomorrow by offering an immersive educational and training experience designed by the basketball industry’s leading professionals.

To obtain the Business of Basketball Certification, students will attend Sports Business Classroom’s Business of Basketball Immersive Experience, which takes place during NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. Additionally, they will take Sports Business Classroom’s CBA Mastery Course taught by Larry Coon, the industry leading video on-demand course that outlines the NBA’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

VSL Properties, the parent company of Sports Business Classroom, has a long history of developing young sports industry talent and have helped over 250 young professionals get placed in jobs across sports. The Business of Basketball Certification program will further solidify their commitment to developing young professionals and creating opportunities for them to succeed in the sports industry.

“We are thrilled to partner with UNLV and Taco Bell in Southern Nevada to offer this exciting opportunity for UNLV students to gain invaluable knowledge and experience in the business of basketball.
